PURPOSE:To reduce a thermal loss of driving energy and to obtain a sufficient volume of atomization in a smooth vibration by a method wherein a low signal driving energy in which an actual injection for atomization is not performed is kept applied even during a stopped time. CONSTITUTION:Liquid is flowed into a pressurizing chamber 1 through a supplying pipe 5 and is filled in the mid part of gas discharging pipe 6 during atomization process. At a nozzle part 7 a piezoelectric element 9 is provided. When the piezoelectric element 9 is energized by a driving signal, the nozzle part 7 is also energized to vibrate, so that the liquid in the pressurizing chamber 1 is injected in atomized particles 12. A duty control part 14 is composed of a vibrating energy control part 15 for feeding a control signal to an oscilating operation part 13 so as to vary a driving signal at the oscilating driving part 13, i.e. a vibrating energy for the piezoelectric vibrating element 9 and a timer part 16 for controlling a variable time of a driving signal level. |
