<p>The method of forming a radiator panel for central heating uses only a small amount of water to form a good reservoir of heat. It uses sheets of metal with holes at suitable positions for the supply pipes. A copper coil is secured between the sheets and the space between is also filled with a mixture of sand and cement. The mixture is used to form a layer of concrete in which the coil is embedded. A double radiator with two face-to-face panels can be constructed with air circulated between them.</p> |
