PURPOSE:To make the thickness of a photosensitive layer uniform and to facilitate stripping of a substrate film by combining and laminating the substrate film and an acrylic resin film by means of specific adhesive agents and impregnating a photosensitive material therein. CONSTITUTION:A film of polyethylene terephthalate is used as a substrate film and an acrylic resin film of polyalkyl acrylate or the like is laminated thereon. In the stage of laminating and combining, such an adhesive agent which has the higher adhesive strength to the substrate film than the adhesive strength to the acrylic resin film, for example, an adhesive agent of the type consisting essentially of acrylic rubber and using amine diluents is used. A photopolymerizing material consisting essentially of an unsatd. compd. contg. at least 2 terminal ethylene groups is impregnated in such composite body. The acrylic resin film side is used as a photosensitive material and a protective layer is laminated on the surface thereof, whereby the photosensitive resin laminate is obtained. |
