PURPOSE:To prevent magnetic flux from convergently leaking out to the acting side, by cutting a part of the magnetic core with a dicing blade, etc., and forming the magnetic gap then, and making the cross sectional area of said cut part V-shape. CONSTITUTION:Two magnetic cores 14d and 19d are positioned at both sides of a shield plate 13 with a prescribed angle and their magnetic gap forming parts 24 and 25 facing to each other. Then, the gap forming parts 24 and 25 and their vicinity are covered with glass 18 by glass spraying method, etc., and the gap forming parts 24 and 25 together with the shield plate 13 are cut with a dicing blade 28, and gaps G5 and G6 are formed. A non-magnetic spacer 17 is inserted into each gap G5 and G6, and each of the separated cores 14a, 14b, 19a, and 19b are pushed inward by holding the lower part of the outside surface. When they are pushed, the shield plate 13 is narrowed with a point P centered at the upper part, and the outside end (lower end) is more strongly narrowed than the inner end (upper end), and thus, the cross sectional area m1, m2, n1, and n2 form a V-shape with a gap at the bottom. |
