PURPOSE:To enable to effectively recover an oil mist, by a method wherein an oil thrower is provided at a part of a rotary machine such as a turbine where a rotor penetrates through a wall part of a bearing box, and an oil mist recovering device fitted with a gas extracter is connected to a pocket part provided in the oil thrower. CONSTITUTION:The oil thrower 23b with a plurality of annular fins (f) is provided at the part where a turbine rotor 21a penetrates through the wall part of the bearing box 23. The pocket part 23P is provided in the oil thrower 23b, and the oil mist recovering tank 7 fitted with the gas extractor through a gas extraction pipe 34a is connected to the pocket part 23P. When the gas extractor is operated, the pocket part 23P is maintained at a negative pressure, so that the oil mmist a' is sucked into the extracter and is recovered into an oil tank. Accordingly, as compared to conventional cases where the interior of the bearing box is set at a negative pressure, the amount of the oil brought into contact with the exterior can be reduced, and oil cleaners are unnecessitated. |
