PURPOSE:To improve the modulation sensitivity, by using a 1/4 wavelength line with one end opened as the line in a subresonance circuit and connecting a varactor diode and a bias line near the unopened end and coupling the subresonance circuit and a main resonance circuit magnetically. CONSTITUTION:A pill type varactor diode 14 and a bias line 15 are connected near the unopened end of a 1/4 wavelength line 13 with one end opened, and a dielectric resonator 1 is coupled to this connection part magnetically. The width of the bias line 15 is wide for a distance corresponding to the 1/4 wavelength from the opened end for the purpose of lowering the impedance to reduce the influence of the error of length and is narrow for a distance corresponding to the 1/4 wavelength from the connection part toward the opened end for the purpose of raising the impedance to reduce the influence of the connection of the bias line 15. |
