PROCEDEU DE SEPARARE A SOLUTIILOR DE RASINI EPOXIDICE CU ECHIVALENT EPOXIDIC DIFERIT
摘要

An organic solvent solution of an epoxide resin with an average epoxide equivalent weight of 200-3000 is continuously conveyed at 0-60 DEG C at a concentration of 5-60% by weight through a separator with a centrifugal acceleration of 2000-15000 g within 2-40 seconds. The said solution is separated in the separator into a first phase consisting of (a) epoxide resin of a higher degree of polycondensation and greater equivalent weight than the average of the epoxide resin of the initial solution and (b) a solution of epoxide resin whose resin component amounts to 20-70% by weight, and into a second phase which consists of (c) epoxide resin of a lower degree of polycondensation and smaller equivalent weight than the average of the epoxide resin of the initial solution and (d) a solution of epoxide resin whose epoxide resin component amounts to 5-40% by weight.
