PURPOSE:To hold a seat belt in its constrained position even when a door switch is opened by providing a door locked state sensor to detect the locked state of a door. CONSTITUTION:When the door 4 is in a locked state, a locked state detecting switch 19 is closed and a relay 17b is energized, resulting in holding an inhibit circuit 16 to keep a relay contact 17a opening into operation. At the system above mentioned, even in the case that the door 4 is deformed by the shock to change- over the door switch 13 from a closed contact 13b to an open contact 13c, the connection between the open contact 13b and a battery 15 is being completely interrupted as the relay contact 17a is being opened and the forward driving circuit for a motor 9, which is actuated by the connection with the open contact 13c, the battery 15 and a rear end contact 14c, is being inhibited, so the seat belt 5 is kept in its constrained position. |
