PURPOSE:To increase the current ratio and at the same time to improve the accuracy of a current source circuit, by using a resistace and a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The voltage drop of a resistance 5 is equal to that of a resistance 12 owing to the functions of a feedback circuit consisting of transistors 11 and 13 and the resistance 12 and a differential amplifier. Now the resistance 5, the resistance 12, an input current and an output current are set at R5, R12, IIN and I0 respectively, and therefore R5.IIN=R12.I0. Then I0=(R5/R12) IIN is sat isfied. Thus the output current is decided just with the ratio between R5 and R12. |
