PURPOSE:To reduce the disturbance of the magnetic field at the magnetic pole tip to improve a write efficiency and a recording density by separating a conductor coil away from the magnetic pole tip to reduce the influence of the coil magnetic field on the medium. CONSTITUTION:In head chip 1, conductor coil 3 is formed on substrate 2, and magnetic pole 5 is formed on coil 3 through insulating layer 4 so that pole magnetic 5 may be orthogonal to the conductor coil tip horizontal part, and another conductor coil 6 is formed on magnetic pole 5 through insulating layer 4, and one ends 3a and 6a of these conductor coils 3 and 6 are conncected, and lead wire 7 is connected to the other ends 3b and 6b respectively. Further, tips 3c and 6c of conductor coils 3 and 6 are arranged, for example, approximately 5mu or more away from magnetic pole tip 5a, so that the coil magnetic field can be reduced considerably. As a result, the influence on medium 8 can be reduced to reduce the disturbance of the magnetic field of the magnetic pole tip. |
