PURPOSE:To prevent the mis-operation of control rods, by means of simplifying the terminal circuits by setting up a speed control circuit at the comparing circuit, of chequing the operation of the circuits by giving a returning and collating functions at the terminal, and of testing on line independently. CONSTITUTION:An operation command signal is inputted to an input resister 21 of a comparing circuit 2 alternatively with a test order signal, and is transferred to a memory resister 22, and is allowed to be outputted to terminal circuits 31-3i as an order signal. The terminal circuit 31-3i compare the content of the order signal with the self address, and when coincided, the motors 41-4i are cause to be rotated at an appointed speed, and recognized signal thereof is returned to the comparing circuit 2. The speed controlling of the motors 41-4i can effect the speed setting by means of changing a taking value of a speed program counter in the comparing circuit 2. The comparing circuit 2 is chequed by returning and collating the operation of the motors. |
