The present invention relates to a mobile communication device including a regular information display window in a semi-active mode and a method. A regular information display window in a semi-active mode keeps displaying regular display information for a mobile communication device (menu, volume/vibration, network state display, residual battery amount, text message reception display, missed call existence, date/day, time, closure of the regular information display window) in a minimum-sized small window shape when a display is turned off or a semi-active mode is executed in a mobile communication device such as a mobile phone/a smartphone having a large screen. As the regular information display window in the semi-active mode is turned on and other screen parts are turned off, the present invention is capable of minimizing power consumption while reducing the inconvenience of display information off, caused by the whole display off. |
