<p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition comprising a highly water- absorbing resin, an adsorbent adsorbing a polar reagent such as a coloring reagent, etc., and the coloring reagent having excellent coloring rate and sensitivity and capable of forming a coloring reagent layer on an immunologically reactive layer by a printing technique. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises (A) a highly water- absorbing resin (preferably starch, an acrylic acid-grafted copolymer, isobutylene.maleic anhydride copolymer, polyacrylic acid salt or saponified acrylic acid.vinyl acetate copolymer), (B) an adsorbent adsorbable a polar reagent such a a coloring reagent and/or a protein substance (preferably an inorganic porous substance, a carrier having polar groups, a polymeric flocculant, an adsorbable substance-immobilized polymer or a polymeric carrier for separation) and (C) the coloring reagent.</p> |
