发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ANODE IN NOOWATER ELECTROLYTE CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase a discharge capacity, lower an initial potential and remove an unnecessary water, by press molding the anode active material, after adding a metallic powder of low melting point as the binding agent used also for conductive agent, and processing a heat treatment to make a binding. CONSTITUTION:For an anode 1, is used, as the active material, an oxide of copper oxide, lead oxide, tin oxide, etc. or a sulfide of copper sulfide, iron sulfide, etc., and is added, as the both conductive and binding agent, a metallic powder of low melting point likely as tin, lead, etc. This mixed material is processed a press forming into a prescribed plate dimension, subsequently with a heat treatment and binding processed. Melting point of the tin is about 230 deg.C and that of the lead about 330 deg.C. The melting of tin and lead by the method of heat treatment and the binding action cause a mechanical strength to be provided, further with the action operated as the conductive agent. In this way, a proportion of the active material in the anode is increased with a discharge capacity enlarged, unlikely to a case with carbons used, an initial high potential of open circuit voltage deriving from an excessive amount of oxygen is removed, further unnecessary water, by the method of heat treatment, can be removed.
