PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position a pump assembly in a housing, to enhance a degree of freedom of design, to restrain an increase in work manhours, and to improve workability during assembling. SOLUTION: A suction hole 2C is arranged on the bottom part 2B side in a body casing 2 of a pump housing 1, and one end side of a cylindrical pipe 20 as a rotation stopping member is fitted into the suction hole 2C. The other end side of the cylindrical pipe 20 is inserted into a suction passage 13 between a side plate 7 and a seal block when housing the pump assembly 6 in a cylinder hole 2A of the body case 2. Thus, the pump assembly 6 is held in the pump housing 1 by the cylindrical pipe 20 in a rotation stopping state. The cylindrical pipe 20 constitutes a part of a suction port 15, and forms a fluid passage for introducing an oil liquid such as a brake fluid sucked in from the suction hole 2C side of the body case 2 to a low pressure chamber in the pump assembly 6.
