PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining method reducing the surface roughness of a ceramic radome without lowering machining efficiency. SOLUTION: The outline of the ceramic radome is machined in the order of a first process for grinding the ceramic radome by bringing a diamond grinding wheel into contact with the surface of the ceramic radome rotated at high speed, and a second process for polishing the surface of the ceramic radome by bringing a polishing wheel with abrasive grains stuck to a resin material, into contact with the surface of the ceramic radome rotated at high speed, after the first process.
