Bake trays are on two adjacent columns inside the oven and are moved at the same speed but opposite ways off belts. Transfer systems move a bake support off the tray when this is at the end of the run and pass it to the tray on an adjacent column. The trays are permantly connected to guides which run in steering rails. |
