An advertisement reception terminal according to the present invention comprises: an interface unit for communicating with an advertisement transmission server; a browser-supported local storage for providing a data storage function; and a control unit for controlling the interface unit so that an advertisement transmission request is transmitted to the advertisement transmission server, and a transmitted advertisement corresponding to the advertisement transmission request is received from the advertisement transmission server, wherein if a unique ID (UID) is stored in the local storage, then the control unit transmits the stored UID, along with the advertisement transmission request, to the advertisement transmission server, and if a UID is not stored in the local storage, then the control unit can receive the UID from the advertisement transmission server and store the UID in the local storage. |
