PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and efficient production method of solid nanoparticles having a desired average particle diameter even through a drying step.SOLUTION: Nanoparticles having a desired average particle diameter are produced by mixing three components of: a gallate-type catechin; an animal protein being gelatin, collagen or their decomposition products; and an acid; such that their solid contents are 5 to 20 wt.%, 5 to 20 wt.% as sum total, and 5 to 20 wt.% respectively in water, a water-containing organic solvent or an organic solvent so as to obtain a liquid containing the gallate-type catechin and the animal protein, diluting the obtained mixture with water, the water-containing organic solvent or the organic solvent, and drying the obtained diluted solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
