摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration method for a sensor system capable of automatically calibrating and inspecting the sensor system without providing a new auxiliary means. SOLUTION: This method has a process for detecting characteristic data of an object by the sensor system; a process for supplying the data recognized as the stationary or quasi-stationary object in consideration of proper motion of a vehicle to a calibration unit; a process for getting a difference between model data and actually measured data of the object as an error vector; and a process for correcting the model data such that the difference becomes minimum.
