PURPOSE: Structure for reinforcing a rear body of a vehicle is provided to increase the torsional strength of a rear body by expanding the overlapping range of a reinforcing panel. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing panel(22) is bonded to a quarter inside upper panel and a quarter inside lower panel in an outer side panel(20) of a rear body in the upper and lower directions. The reinforcing panel is bonded to the quarter inside upper panel with the outer side panel in the left and right directions. Thus, the entire area of the reinforcing panel bonded with the quarter inside upper panel and the quarter inside lower panel is enlarged.
