PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely analyze and quantitatively determine a trace component or a component having an approximate eluting time by detecting the information obtained by chromatography as differential signals by a plurality of detectors while providing a mutual phase difference. SOLUTION: A component eluted by a separating column 4 is simultaneously detected by, for example, three detectors 5, 5', 5'', converted into voltages, and outputted as signals A<1> , A<2> , A<3> . The signals A<1> and A<2> of the detectors 5, 5' causes a time slippage ofΔt, or phase difference, the signal A<1> forms a signal A<2> of the same content afterΔt time. The voltages of the signals A<1> , A<2> are processed by a differential amplifier 6 to provide a primary differential signal B<1> . In the same manner, the voltages of the signals A<2> , A<3> of the detectors 5', 5'' are processed by a differential amplifier 6' to provide a primary differential signal B<2> . The voltages of the signals B<1> , B<2> are processed by a differential amplifier 7 to provide a secondary differential signal C<1> . An optional- order differential signal is provided in this way and finally recorded in a recorder 9.
