摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of harmful substances such as dioxine even when a chloride compound such as vinyl chloride is incinerated by blowing air containing oxygen molecules in an excited condition into the inside of a furnace by a blower so as to completely burn a refuse in the inside of the furnace. SOLUTION: A blower 8 blows air containing oxygen molecules in an excited condition through an air inlet 5. Here, due to a strong oxidization action of oxygen molecules, the refuse which is usually difficult to burn and therefore is liable to cause an incomplete combustion can be completely burnt so that it becomes possible to suppress the generation of harmful substances such as dioxine which are generated at the time of an incomplete combustion of a chloride compound such as vinyl chloride. In this case, the refuse is completely burned. Accordingly, to prevent the occurrence of a damage on a furnace wall due to the excessive elevation of the combustion temperature in an inside 2 of a furnace, it is important from a viewpoint of the maintenance of a refuse incinerator 1 to use the refuse and air containing oxygen molecules in an excited condition while regulating them such that an incineration amount of the refuse and an amount of such air from a blower 8 become a proper amount.
