PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification device and an offset voltage correction method, which maintain a decreased offset voltage without depending on environmental condition change by automatically correcting offset voltage change.SOLUTION: A differential amplification part 1a amplifies an input voltage difference by having a differential pair transistor. An offset voltage measuring part 1b samples, in a first mode, an offset voltage caused by imbalance in the current drive capacity of the differential pair transistor, and determines, in a second mode, the positive/negative polarity of the sampled offset voltage. The control section 1c switches an operation mode between the first mode and the second mode. In the second mode, the control section outputs a control signal trim for correcting offset voltage according to the result of positive/negative polarity determination. An offset voltage correction part 1d corrects an offset voltage on the basis of a control signal trim.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
