PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a much convertible water stop pad sufficient for water stop, free from trouble in ride-over of a working vehicle and easy to separate from a floor surface when unnecessary, and to provide a floor surface water stop method using the same. SOLUTION: The water stop pad 10 formed of an extrusion molded material comprises a weir body 12 formed of a preset-height hollow material in a preset-height sectional shape deformable with vertical pressure and less deformable with side pressure and a floor surface joint flange 14 integrated with a bottom portion thereof at a preset width.
