PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fogging agent reducing deterioration in anti-fogging characteristics and in appearance and to provide an anti-fogging resin sheet suppressing mixing of an anti-fogging agent layer with a mold release agent layer during storage of a rolled material wound on a roll and transfer between the anti-fogging agent layer and the mold release agent layer when the rolled material is unwound to be formed in the anti-fogging resin sheet having the anti-fogging agent layer formed on one surface and the mold release agent layer formed on the other surface. SOLUTION: The anti-fogging agent contains at least a mixture of a surfactant A and a polyamino acid B, and in the anti-fogging resin sheet, the anti-fogging agent layer has the anti-fogging agent.
