PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent remaining water from decaying by surely draining washing water which has entered locations where a draining is difficult such as a chamber to house a power transmission mechanism for the driving of an internal blade for a washable electric razor. SOLUTION: Two kinds of waterproof seals 70, 71 are provided between bonding surfaces of a chassis unit 10 in which electric parts are mainly collected and arranged, and a head unit 11 in which mechanical parts are mainly collected and arranged, and locations where water enters at the time of a washing are limited to the head unit 11 side. A gear chamber 28 is provided under the head unit 11, and in the gear chamber 28, a power transmission mechanism 17 for an internal blade 15 is housed. On the bottom end wall 30 of the head unit 11, a flow-down port 106 is opened, and the washing water which has entered the gear chamber 28 is drained from the flow-down port 106. The drained water flows to a seal peripheral edge part along the upper wall 80 of the waterproof seal 71, and is drained from a drain port 107 which is opened on a main body case 1.
