PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion appliance capable of smoothly discharging even impacted excreta and large excreta without clogging or the like. SOLUTION: A waterproof long-length tube 4 is put on the outer periphery including the distal end of a cylindrical body 2, a pulling member 5 for pulling the tube 4 from the inside of the cylindrical body 2 to the outside is made to pass through the tube 4 and watertightly fixed, and a nozzle 5a for jetting warm water supplied through the pulling member 5 into the rectum is formed at the distal end of the pulling member 5 which is made to pass through. The tube 6a of a water supplier 6 for supplying the warm water to the nozzle 5a is freely detachably connected to the rear part of the pulling member 5, and a waterproof sheet 4c of an area covering the anus and its periphery is watertightly fixed to the rear part outer periphery of the cylindrical body 2. The cylindrical body 2 is inserted to the rectum together with the tube 4, the warm water is jetted from the distal end of the pulling member 5 and the excreta are softened. As soon as the distal end of the cylindrical body 2 is buried in the excreta, the excreta are fetched to the tube 4 inside the cylindrical body 2 while pulling the tube 4 into the cylindrical body 2 by the pulling member 5 and are discharged to the outside of the cylindrical body 2.
