The insole (3) for shoes (1) is designed to prevent the foot slipping inside the shoe, and has a non-slip strip with burrs on (4) on its underneath side, where the heel of the foot is. The burred strip (4) is stuck onto the insole, by having the side facing the burrs covered with an adhesive layer which is in turn covered by a removable sheet. The burred strip (4) is circular, with a diameter of one to five centimetres; or rectangular. The counterpart to the burred strip (4) in the heel of the shoe has another geometric shape, and is larger than the burred strip.
