CONSTITUTION:Comparator 18 compares the deposited amount recorded on a user's card, etc., with the input amount that the user requests, and subtracter 19 finds the new deposited amount by subtracting the request amount from the deposited amount. In offline payment operation, the payment of the request amount is brought to effect when comparator 18 judges that the payment is allowed, and information showing the face of the payment is recorded on magnetic card 4 of the user's through read/write circuit 11 and read/write heat 12. Consequently, offline payment can be carried into effect freely as much as the deposited amount as the user intends.</p> |
