摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum construction material having an infrared reflection function capable of controlling the rise of temperature by cutting off solar heat in a state to make the most of a metallic feeling of aluminum since the transparency of painting can be held. SOLUTION: An anodic oxide deposit film or a chemical conversion coating film is produced on the surface of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and a solar heat cutting-off coating having dispersed therein a solar heat cutting-off pigment is coated on the film. The solar heat cutting-off coating comprises an organic pigment or an organic and an inorganic pigments having a high solar reflectance and a medium particle size set in a range of 0.01μm to 10μm. Particles having the medium particle size amount to 20% of the total particles dispersed. The particle size distribution range is within±80% from the medium particle size. The solid volume ratio of a resin composition of a coating and the solar heat cutting-off pigment is 100/0.5 to 100/20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
