PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home energy management system which provides function capable of securing comfort of a resident incapable of satisfactorily indicating one's intention or a resident difficult to take control of one's own healthcare even in such circumstances that a parent or a caregiver cannot cancel automatic change of preset temperature according to power-saving demand.SOLUTION: A portable apparatus which stores a temperature or humidity sensor, a communication unit, a memory, a calculation device and a power feeding part and a position specification part for specifying a living room in which the portable apparatus exists are added to a home energy management system having an information processing device which on/off controls a power source while monitoring power consumption in home and/or controls an operation state of an objective instrument and an information display device which displays information informed from the information processing device. Further, such a function that an operation state of air-conditioning equipment and instrument related to the living room in which the portable apparatus exists is feed-back controlled based on temperature or humidity information gained from the portable apparatus is provided to the information processing device. |
