<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can prevent the developing agent, containing magnetic particles, from clogging inside the transfer pipe carrying it from the first compartment to the second compartment. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device has an image carrier 1 on which electrostatic images are formed, a developing unit 4 for developing the electrostatic images formed on the image carrier 1, by using the developing agent containing magnetic particles, a transfer pipe 11 for carrying the developing agent, from the first compartment 400 to the second compartment 4, and an AC magnetic field generator 12, 13 to generate an AC magnetic field at least inside the transfer pipe 11 at a certain position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
