The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display. The organic light emitting diode display according to the present invention includes a substrate, a barrier film, a dam, a sink hole and a particle prevention layer. The substrate includes a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region. The barrier film is bonded with the substrate by a medium of a pressurizing adhesive. The dam is arranged along an edge of the barrier film on the non-display region. The sink hole is arranged on a surface of the substrate adjacent to the dam. In addition, the particle prevention layer is coated so that the height of a part adjacent to the dam at an inner region of the dam is lower than the height of other parts. Also, the particle prevention layer is face-bonded with the pressurizing adhesive. The organic light emitting diode display device prevents impurity particles from permeating into the display region from the outside, by comprising the particle prevention layer. |
