PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system capable of preventing fuel cell from being dried during a high load continuous operation.SOLUTION: The fuel battery system includes plural fuel cells. The fuel battery system includes: an impedance detection section that detects impedance on the fuel cell; and a current limit section that limits the current taken out from the fuel cells to be smaller than an upper limit current value.
