The present invention relates to the field of electronic payment. Disclosed are a biological feature-based electronic payment method and an electronic payment system. In the present invention, a terminal obtains the name and the mobile phone number of a user to perform member registration on the user; upon successful member registration, the terminal further collects user data and a biological feature of the user for registration; during a payment, the terminal obtains the registered mobile phone number, obtains the registered user data and the biological feature of the user according to the mobile phone number, and performs verification of the biological feature on the user; upon successful verification, a spending amount of the user is paid. The present invention provides an innovative means of payment. During the electronic payment process, it is neither necessary for a user's bank card to be used, nor for the user to input a bank card code, facilitating payment of the spending amount by the user, and also preventing the risk of loss caused by the user carrying the bank card. In addition, the biological feature has a unique identity, preventing the risk of the bank card being fraudulently used by another person. |
