PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an imaging system for connecting plural input images photographed by a lens optical system.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 10, that comprises plural imaging optical systems 20A and 20B and synthesizes images obtained from the imaging optical systems 20A and 20B, comprises: detection means for detecting a position of connecting images in accordance with the acquired images; and generation means 210 for generating entire-celestial-sphere image spread in a plane, by synthesizing the images at the detected connecting position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
