PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of increasing a valve opening speed, suppressing secondary valve opening, and facilitating clearance management.SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve 1 comprises: a needle 30 opening or closing an injection hole 11 from which fuel is injected; a movable core 40 including a bottom wall 452 abuttable on an injection-hole-11-side end surface 332 of the needle 30; a fixed core 60 provided on an opposite side to the injection-hole-11-side of the movable core 40; a movable plate 50 including a needle-side end surface 53 abuttable on an end surface 331 of the needle 30 opposite to the injection hole 11; a first spring 80 that can urge the movable plate 50 toward the injection hole 11; a second spring 90 that can urge the movable core 40 toward the fixed core 60; and a coil 70 attracting the movable core 40 toward the fixed core 60 when a current is carried to the coil 70. A distance between the needle-side end surface 53 and the bottom wall 452 is larger than a distance between the end surface 331 of the needle 30 and the end surface 332 of the needle 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
