PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package in which air permeability between an internal space and an external space can be improved, a vibration device with the package and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A package 20 of a crystal oscillator 1 comprises a recess 28a including a through hole 28c for communicating an internal space S and an external space on a bottom face 28b and a sealing material 28d which is placed within the recess 28 and seals the through hole 28b by being heated and fused. The recess 28a is provided at a side of the external space, a plurality of through holes 28c are provided on the bottom face 28b of the recess 28a, and at least one of the plurality of through holes 28c is disposed to have an opening portion in the state where the sealing material 28d is placed within the recess 28a. |
