CHANNEL BLOCK AND FLUID SUPPLY CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize or integrate a device while keeping good maintenance performance thereof.SOLUTION: A channel block has a channel to flow fluid therein and allows a plurality of fluid control devices to be detachably arranged in an arrangement direction. The channel block allows groups of the plurality of fluid control devices arranged in the arrangement direction to be detachably juxtaposed to each other in a width direction. A first channel as a portion of the channel is installed along the arrangement direction in a manner that connects the plurality of fluid control devices constituting the group to each other. Second channels as portions of the channel are installed in the width direction in a manner that connects the respective groups to each other. The channel block also has a connection section which can connect the second channels of two channel blocks to each other with two channel blocks juxtaposed in the width direction.
