The present invention relates to a distribution panel including a bas bur and method to manufacture a bus bar and, more specifically, to a distribution panel including a bas bur and method to manufacture a bus bar, capable of transmitting and distributing power, supplied from the outside, by electrically connecting circuit breakers and a distribution panel with each other. The distribution panel comprises a case; a bus bar placed in the case; and a bracket fixing the bus bar to the case. The bus bar comprises a section part, having a shape of a long flat bar, and a curved part having an end combined with a side of the section part, having the other end combined with the other side of the section part, and of which gap between the end and the other end protrudes from the section part. A hollow part, having both sides opened in a longitudinal direction, is formed between the section part and the curved part, and the thickness of the section part is thicker than the thickness of the curved part. The method to manufacture a bus bar includes a bus bar forming step of forming a bus bar; a masking sheet attaching step of attaching a masking sheet to a part of the bus bar; a film forming step of forming a film on an outer surface of the bus bar with the masking sheet; and a connection part forming step of forming a connection part without the film by removing the masking sheet. Multiple bus bars are connected with each other through the connection part. |
