The light has a housing (1) with an LED (3) and a plate (5) on which conductive paths are formed for supplying current and for controlling the LED. The conductive paths are provided on the side of the plate turned away from the LED. Multiple contact holes are formed in the plate for electrically contacting the conductive paths and the LED. An electrically isolating plastic film is provided for waterproof sealing of the side of the plate provided with conductive paths. A transparent cover (13) in the housing and the plate provide a receiving space for the LED.
