Embodiments of the present invention relate to an electrode substrate structure capable of improving durability, and an electrochromic mirror using the same, and more specifically, provide an electrode substrate which comprises a transparent electrode formed on a substrate, and a metal layer disposed between the substrate and the transparent electrode; and an electrochromic mirror including the same.
