Provided are: a resin composition comprising an olefin resin, an alkoxysilane compound with an alkenyl group, and at least one inorganic filler selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, alumina, talc, clay, aluminum, aluminum hydroxide, mica, iron oxide, graphite, carbon black, calcium carbonate, zinc sulfide, zinc oxide, barium sulfate, and potassium titanate; a reflector that uses such resin composition; a lead frame with the reflector; and a semiconductor light-emitting device. The following can be provided: a resin composition that exhibits outstanding heat resistance (particularly heat deformation resistance) even when used as a compact; a reflector that uses such resin composition, a lead frame with the reflector, and a semiconductor light-emitting device.
