PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of allocating manpower required for business operation capable of predicting human resources necessary for operation and management of the system and appropriately disposing manpower.SOLUTION: The method of allocating manpower for business operation is a method which is executed by a control section of a computer to calculate the number of workers required for operating and managing a system and allocating the manpower using a computer. The method includes: a working hour scheduling step of calculating working hours on a scheduled work day by using a statistically processed data of previous incidents; a workers' number calculation step of calculating the number of workers based on the working hours; and a personnel allocation step of determining and allocating workers to be charged while considering work conditions of the respective workers based on the number of personnel. |
