PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll collection system and device, capable of reducing a network load in a simple system.SOLUTION: A tool collection system includes: an identification information acquisition part provided correspondingly to each gate, and acquiring first identification information about a wireless tag; a first storage part provided separately from the wireless tag, and storing a balance corresponding to the first identification information; a first identification information specification part comparing the balance obtained associatively to the first identification information acquired in the identification information acquisition part by referring to the first storage part and a first threshold value, and specifying the first identification information having the balance equal to or smaller than the first threshold value; a second storage part storing the first identification information specified in the first identification information specification part in each gate; and a processing execution part executing prescribed processing in each gate when the first identification information acquired in the identification information acquisition part is stored in the second storage part. |
