Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a secondary battery whereby impregnation speed of electrolyte with which an electrode assembly is impregnated can be increased. The apparatus includes: a mount module on which a secondary battery case is mounted; and a high-frequency induction heating module. The high-frequency induction heating module is arranged on an upper side of the mount module and includes a coil unit, which is formed to be placed apart from the secondary battery case mounted on the mount module and to encircle the outside of the secondary battery case, and an electric current supplying unit, which is connected to both end portions of the coil unit to form a closed circuit and supplies alternating current to the coil unit. The high-frequency induction heating module heats the secondary battery case in a high-frequency induction heating method. |
