PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate user operation for moving an object in a virtual space.SOLUTION: Position acquisition means (52) of a displacement control apparatus (10) acquires a touch position on a touch panel. Direction acquisition means (54) acquires a change direction of a touch position in a first touch, and a change direction of a touch position in a second touch performed during or after canceling the first touch. Direction determination means (56) determines whether both touch position change directions in the first and second touches correspond to a reference direction or not. Displacement control means (58) moves an object in a direction corresponding to the reference direction when it is determined that both touch position change directions in the first and second touches correspond to the reference direction.
