<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a brush capable of enhancing torsional rigidity of a rotor without thickening a shaft.SOLUTION: A rotor 10 of a motor 1 with a brush comprises: a rotor core 30 including a plurality of teeth parts 32 around which a conducting wire 16 of a coil 15 is wound; a commutator 20 including a plurality of commutator bars 28 to which the conducting wire 16 is connected; a shaft 11 to which the commutator 20 and the rotor core 30 are fixed; and an insulation tube 40 interposed between the commutator 20 and the rotor core 30. The insulation tube 40 comprises: a cylindrical beam part 41 fitted to an outer periphery of the shaft 11 and extending in an axial direction of the shaft 11; a first rotation regulation part (protrusion 44) which regulates rotation of the beam part 41 with respect to the rotor core 30; and a second rotation regulation part (salient 21F) which regulates rotation of the beam part 41 with respect to the commutator 20.</p> |
