<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection sensor of a metal part and a quality determination method of the metal part capable of measuring a porosity of the metal part, a residual magnetic field of the metal part, and a residual stress of the metal part in a nondestructive manner with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An inspection sensor 1 of a metal part consists of a magnetic core 4, an excitation coil 2 mounted on the magnetic core 4, and a detection coil 3. A closed magnetic circuit composed of the magnetic core and the metal part is formed by making the magnetic core 4 contact a part of the metal part so that an inspection is performed. The excitation coil 2 generates an AC magnetic field with an AC voltage applied to the excitation coil 2. Magnetic fluxes 8, 8a of the AC magnetic field flow through this closed circuit so that an induced electromotive force is generated in the detection coil 3. This induced electromotive force is affected by a magnetic permeability, a resistibility, and a porosity of the metal part, and performs a signal processing of an output value of the detection coil 3, and determines a quality of the metal part.</p> |
